CHAN Healthcare Auditors

The Catholic Healthcare Audit Network (CHAN) was experiencing significant growth, yet needed to compete for market share. In creating its brand, fister explored names, along with logo design, to reflect the growing company and its faith-filled culture. The result is the energetic logo that you see, with CHAN Healthcare Auditors being the communicative name. This solution allowed CHAN to build on its brand equity, yet clearly define its service (healthcare auditing).

While the immediate request was for a newsletter design, CHAN had the foresight to recognize that it needed to define its brand identity first. fister listened to CHAN by interviewing key leaders within the organization in order to determine its brand attributes. This was the foundation that led to the current name, tagline and logo.

It kept its acronym and added Healthcare Auditors to communicate its expertise and makes it immediately identifiable to the audience. The tagline provides the audience with faith-based assurance and the logo projects an energetic and faith-based company. The combination of the contemporary cross and font treatment suggests movement, with the bright colors and active style presenting an overall fresh, solid image.
