Mercer’s goal for Bunge North America is to promote real-life health and wellness and support benefits enrollment participation among employees. fister created a tabloid-size newsletter, Bunge Living, to regularly inform employees on health issues and Bunge-sponsored resources. Then, to encourage benefits enrollment, fister created an enrollment guide to outline all vital information regarding benefits.

The target audience is the Bunge employee—male-dominated in the field of manufacturing, so it was important to design the materials accordingly, in a way that ties all materials visually as well. Through these pieces, Bunge encourages employees to make a commitment to change one’s lifestyle, using the resources and tools that Bunge provides.
Both designs are fresh, yet professional, presented in an easy-to-read way.
