St. Elizabeth’s Hospital

St. Elizabeth’s Hospital had developed its hospitalist program and needed to promote it to area physicians and nursing staffs. As with all things new, the perception of the hospitalist program was that the hospital was “stealing” patients. St. Elizabeth’s intended to communicate the benefits of the program, both for the patient and the referring physician. The result is a folder with three separate inserts.

St. Elizabeth’s targeted its “feeder” hospitals along with other area primary care physicians to present its hospitalist program as a credible option for all. The folder communicates partnership with brief information on the hospitalist program. The inserts share specific information on how doctors benefit, patients benefit and the St. Elizabeth’s hospitalist team. This combination of folder and insert allows St. Elizabeth’s hospital to use the folder for a long period of time, with inexpensive updates to the inserts as needed.
