fister designed a two-tiered direct mail campaign that used the concept of the client’s products working together as a “team” to benefit the target audience. The first tier of the mail campaign was designed to look and function as a pack of baseball cards, complete with a stick of chewing gum. This system caught the attention of the recipient, clearly communicated each product’s benefits on individual baseball cards and culminated into a summary of benefits and a call to action with an incentive of a chance to win baseball game tickets. The second tier of the campaign was as a follow-up mailer, designed in the same theme to remind recipients to contact the client to learn more about their EMR products and for their chance to win the game tickets.
